With 30 plus years of experience, Mr. Barrows started out as a humble servant to Rock n" Roll playing bass guitar for "No Class, F.U., Dirty Looks, and Rumble Dog". While playing session Bass for "N.W.A., Tupac, Bone Thugs and Harmony, Nancy Sinatra, Ike Turner, Mick Fleetwood, Herb Alpert, etc."

Engineering and mixing artists such as INXS, Ozzy Ozbourne, Morrisey, U2 The Chairman of the Board, Earth Wind & Fire, Ray Charles, Atban Klann "Black Eyed Peas: Rage against the Machine, Boo Yah Tribe, Faith No More, Johnny Guitar Watson "R.I.P.", Brian Wilson, Lemmy Kilmister "MOTORHEAD" Lee Hazelwood and show's such as The Sinatra Show "The London Palladium, David Leveau", The Sinatra Show, The Tony Danza Show. 

Michael Jackson's "Earth Song", Kill Bill "BANG BANG", Hustle and Flow, Human Nature "Tim Robbins" and The Sopranos, then moving to Production Management touring with major productions such as Nancy Sinatra, Frank Sinatra Jr. E.W.F., The Commodores, including venues such as Royal Festival Hall, Carnegie Hall, and Dodgers Stadium. He has since worked on extensive film projects in the film industry in all aspects of production. 

From sound to editing to directing and filming, he is the go-to-guy when it comes to producing a motion picture or sound on any and all projects. Keith heads up the US Operations as Director and is very determined to get huge Hollywood productions to 360 Studios Ltd. He has been very instrumental already for getting numerous Hollywood productions to 360 Studios LTD.

With over 15 years of Corporate Management & Leadership experience combined with film production experience, Bharathi is an astute Entrepreneur with a strong background in Organizational Strategy Development & Leadership Development where she worked with several Global BlueChip companies like Microsoft, Google, and Oracle. Bharathi is a BEFFTA Award winner of “Successful Women Entrepreneur in 2016. She played a major role for the Bollywood Studios, Ramanaidu Studios in India for leading their international business. She is involved in designing film production courses with the Met Film Institute at Ealing Studios.

She also led the Executive Operations for Color Yellow Production company in Bollywood as an Executive Producer for various successful Bollywood films. With a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, with excellent relationship management skills, she set up several companies in various fields and came out with successful exits. With her people skills and passion towards the Arts & Entertainment industry, she has produced several films & TV productions which have won accolades in British & Asian Film Industry and founded LDS with passion & determination to become a successful entrepreneur in the creative industry. She has been the leading front of LDS since its inception and is keen to put LDS UK on global mark. She also heads the Asian Operations for LDS and has developed key contacts & relationships in the Asian film industry and aspires to bring the Asian productions to the UK on a very large scale.

Bharathi holds master’s in business management in Human resources (MBA-HR) along with master’s degree in Kuchipudi, an Indian Classical dance form. She has been instrumental in setting up  UK’s first Indian classical dance training institute in 2006 in London and Singapore  which is now a home for at least 1500+ Indian classical dance artists across the world. A winner of 2 Indian National Awards for her dance, Bharathi also has an award-winning short film in Tollywood in her list.

Lawrence is an experienced entertainment attorney, as well as an agency and film company executive and film and television executive producer. He has been licensed to practice law in California for more than 45 years and is licensed as well in US Federal Court.

He began his law practice as an attorney with Kaplan, Livingston, Goodwin, Berkowitz & Selvin then moved to the firm of Pollock, Rigrod & Bloom, two of the most prominent entertainment law firms in Los Angeles at that time.  He left  the Pollock firm to take the position as Head of Motion Picture Business Affairs at Internation Creative Management, where he rose to the position of Vice-President.  After leaving ICM, Mr Mortorff was president of several film companies including Scott Bros. Pictures and Kushner-Locke Films where he oversaw film development, production, distribution, and business affairs matters of some 20 films.

He has produced or executive produced some 40 films and television programs in his career, such as “Maria’s Lovers”, “Pinocchio”, “Tarzan”, “Jungle Book”, “Romero”, and the life of Billy Graham “Billy the Early Years”.  Mr. Mortorff recently was executive producer on the Walter Hill film “Dead for a Dollar”. He has worked with Robert Mitchum, Louise Fletcher, Jacqueline Bisset, Candace Bergen, Peter O’Toole, Omar Sharif, Reese Witherspoon, Renee Zellweger, Lena Heady, Annie Hsmmer, Christoph Waltz, William Dafoe, and Rachel Brosnahan, among other celebrities.

Mr Mortorff is conversant with international film co-productions and has worked in film productions in many locales including North America, South America, Europe, Eastern Europe, Israel, Africa and Aisa.  Along with Peter Dekom and others, he is a co-founder of the fabled Uela Law School Entertainment Symposium.  Having been on the Board since its inception.  He is also an arbitrator with American Arbitration Association and the Independent Film &  Television Alliance, with focus on arbitrations involving film production, distribution rights, and remedies as well as intellectual property rights.  Mr. Mortorff published an article on arbitrations in the entertainment industry entitled “Before Closing That Killer Deal”.

He is a long-term member of the Producers’ Branch of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, is a past officer and director of the Santa Monica Rotary and a member of the Los Angeles Copyright Society.  His hobbies include tennis, working crossword puzzles and cycling.  He lives in Marina Del Rey, California and he has three grown daughters and six grandchildren.
